| WORK EXPERIENCE Deborah came up the ranks in the mortgage loan business by starting as an assistant for two very successful and seasoned mortgage brokers. Through hands-on training, Deborah learned every facet of the mortgage process — from application acceptance to loan processing to loan closing — always keeping in mind the best interest of the client. Learning and mastering these details has helped Deborah cultivate lasting relationships with highly satisfied clients and real estate agents for whom she has processed and closed hundreds of loans. Deborah aims to take a consultative approach assuring that the client is making the best mortgage decision for their respective situation and needs. PERSONAL Deborah lives in Carmel Valley, is married and has two children. She is active in the Solana Beach School District as a volunteer and is also a Team Manager for a local Club Soccer organization. When time allows, she enjoys exercising and traveling. |
