in order to offer a more complete menu of funding options for our

1992 - 1995
Loan Officer and Managing Broker. Originated F.H.A. title one home
improvement loans and conventional first and second mortgages through
an extensive network of Realtors, accountants, bankers, previous
borrowers and other lenders. Also, oversaw all broker functions
of the conventional loan division. Top volume producer in 1994.
ADVANTA MORTGAGE U.S.A.
1988 - 1992
Loan Manager. Managed Loan Officers, originated, underwrote, and
approved mortgage loans. Opened and developed San Diego into one
of the top branches in Advanta's nationwide network.
GIBRALTAR MONEYCENTER, INC.
1986 - 1988
Loan Officer. Generated mortgage loans by developing and managing
100 productive loan source amounts. Turned coastal North San Diego
county into the nations number five territory in six months.

Loan Officer. Learned all aspects of the mortgage business including
processing, appraisal, and working with referral sources. Three-time
recipient of award for outstanding loan production in the San Diego
