| PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Will
started his mortgage consulting career at a large national bank
in 2001. His strong work ethic and common sense approach to business
earned him several honors. In 2006 Will determined that his customers
would be better served if he could offer a larger variety of mortgage
